Ingredients
100gMixed nuts
3tbspRaisins
3tbspcranberries
70gDark chocolate(70% cocoa solids)
1tbspAlmond butter
1tbspCoconut oil
1tbspHoney
Instructions
Put all the ingredients in a blender or food processor and whiz until everything is well combined. (You may need to stop and scrape things down with a spatula a few times if it’s sticking to the sides.)
Transfer the mixture into a bowl and use clean hands to roll into balls about the size of a golf ball.
Place on a tray lined with greaseproof paper then put in the fridge for 2 hours to allow them to become firm.
Remove the balls and individually wrap in greaseproof paper for convenience and longer freshness.
