Equipment

  • Blender
  • Greaseproof paper
  • Baking tray

Ingredients

  • 100 g Mixed nuts
  • 3 tbsp Raisins
  • 3 tbsp cranberries
  • 70 g Dark chocolate (70% cocoa solids)
  • 1 tbsp Almond butter
  • 1 tbsp Coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp Honey

Instructions

  • Put all the ingredients in a blender or food processor and whiz until everything is well combined. (You may need to stop and scrape things down with a spatula a few times if it’s sticking to the sides.)
  • Transfer the mixture into a bowl and use clean hands to roll into balls about the size of a golf ball.
  • Place on a tray lined with greaseproof paper then put in the fridge for 2 hours to allow them to become firm.
  • Remove the balls and individually wrap in greaseproof paper for convenience and longer freshness.
