Ingredients

  • 1 slice Sourdough bread
  • ½ Avocado
  • 30 g Cottage cheese
  • 3 Piccolo tomatoes (sliced)
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Ground pepper

Instructions

  • Toast your bread on a grill or in a toaster.
  • Scoop out the flesh from the avocado, mash with a fork then spoon it on to the slices of toasted bread and spread out evenly.
  • Spread the cottage cheese across the top of the avocado.
  • Lay the sliced tomatoes on top of the cottage cheese, season with salt and pepper and serve.
