200gMixed nuts(chopped)
30gMixed seeds
3tbspCranberries (or raisins)
1tspSalt
100gDark chocolate(75% cocoa solids)
2tbspHoney
3tbspPeanut butter
1tbspCoconut oil

Instructions
Line a 12-cup bun tin with paper cases.
Put the chopped nuts, mixed seeds, dried cranberries or raisins and salt in a bowl.
In a small saucepan melt the dark chocolate with the honey, peanut butter and coconut oil over a low heat until melted. Pour the chocolate, honey and nut butter mix over the mixed nuts, seeds and fruit and mix well.
Using 2 spoons, scrape into baking cases, roughly 1 tbsp each.
Put in the fridge for at least an hour and allow to set. Remove from the fridge, serve and gobble. Store airtight for up to a week.
