Ingredients

To go into the blender

  • 50 ml Oat milk (or almond milk)
  • 1 scoop Plant protein powder (or shelled hemp)
  • 1 Banana (sliced)
  • 160 g Mixed berries (frozen)

Toppings

  • 10 g Shelled hemp
  • 1 tbsp Sunflower seeds
  • 1 tbsp Chia seeds
  • ¼ Banana (sliced)
  • ¼ tbsp Coconut (desiccated)
  • 24 g Strawberries (sliced)

Instructions

  • Add the frozen berries, banana and scoop of plant protein to the blender. Adjust the amount of oat or almond milk depending on the desired consistency.
  • Add the smoothie to a bowl and decorate with the remaining topping ingredients. You can use whichever fruit or seeds you have at hand.
