Ingredients
Apple mixture:

60gBlueberries
250mlApple juice
1tspVanilla extract
1tspCinnamon
½Orange(zest from ½ orange)
Crumble topping:
100gOats(Jumbo porridge oats)
6tbspAlmonds(ground)
3tbspDesiccated coconut
1tspCinnamon
1tspVanilla extract
3tbspHoney
3tbspCoconut oil

Instructions
Cut the pear and apples into wedges with the skin left on and core removed.
Place in a large pot with the blueberries, apple juice, vanilla, cinnamon and orange zest.
Cook over medium heat for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally until the apples have softened.
Preheat your oven to 160°C.
To make the crumble, combine oats, ground almonds, coconut, cinnamon, vanilla, honey and nuts into a food processor and blend for a few seconds.
Melt coconut oil and mix in by hand until crumbly.
Pile the apple mixture into a baking dish, with the fresh blueberries and scatter the crumble over the top.
Bake for 30 minutes or until the crumble is golden.
