Ingredients
750gchicken
500gPenne Pasta(dry)
165gPhiladelphia garlic and herb
50gChorizo
2Handfuls of Spinach
1tspGarlic paste
1Pepper
1Onion
50gLow Fat Grated Cheese

Instructions
Cook the chorizo, chopped pepper & onion in the pan
After 3-5 minutes set aside and cook the chicken in the pan until fully cooked through
Cook the pasta as per packet instructions
Once the chicken in cooked add back in the chorizo, pepper, onion and add in the garlic paste & spanich
Add the Philadelphia garlic and herb to the pan and mix well
When the pasta is cooked add it to the pan and mix until all the pasta is well coated in the garlic and herb mix
When combined pour into an oven proof dish and sprinkle the cheese on top
Pop it into the oven for 5-7 minutes or until the cheese is melted
