Ingredients

  • 750 g chicken
  • 500 g Penne Pasta (dry)
  • 165 g Philadelphia garlic and herb
  • 50 g Chorizo
  • 2 Handfuls of Spinach
  • 1 tsp Garlic paste
  • 1 Pepper
  • 1 Onion
  • 50 g Low Fat Grated Cheese

Instructions

  • Cook the chorizo, chopped pepper & onion in the pan
  • After 3-5 minutes set aside and cook the chicken in the pan until fully cooked through
  • Cook the pasta as per packet instructions
  • Once the chicken in cooked add back in the chorizo, pepper, onion and add in the garlic paste & spanich
  • Add the Philadelphia garlic and herb to the pan and mix well
  • When the pasta is cooked add it to the pan and mix until all the pasta is well coated in the garlic and herb mix
  • When combined pour into an oven proof dish and sprinkle the cheese on top
  • Pop it into the oven for 5-7 minutes or until the cheese is melted
  • Enjoy!
