This honey and sweet chilli chicken noodle dish is a favourite among the athletes I work with. It's a fantastic high-carb option for fueling up before competition and perfect for easy meal prep. It’s also one of my top recipes when I need something quick and simple to prepare.
This recipe is an excellent choice for a high-intensity training day or as part of your carb-loading plan as it is high carb and has minimal fibre.

Ingredients
3chicken fillets (350g)(chopped)
1small white onion (chopped)
1red pepper (chopped)
2handfuls sugarsnaps
1tspminced garlic
1tspminced ginger
5nests of noodles
3tspPaprika powder
Sauce:
7tbspsoy sauce
4tbspsweet chilli sauce
1.5tbsphoney
2tspcornflour (mixed in a drop of water)

Instructions
In a large pan, heat the frylite spray over medium heat and add garlic and ginger.
Add the chopped chicken fillets, season with paprika, and brown them for 5-7 minutes or until cooked through.
Add the noodles to a pot of boiling water and cook as per the instructions on the packet. Once cooked, drain and set aside.
Add the chopped onion, peppers and sugarsnaps and cook for 2-3 mins.
Add the sauce ingredients to a bowl and mix
Add the sauce and reduce the heat. Stir until the sauce becomes sticky then remove it from the heat.
