Equipment

  • Greaseproof paper
  • Saucepan

Ingredients

  • 20 tbsp Desiccated coconut (150g)
  • 100 g Dark chocolate (I use Lindt 90%)
  • 3 tbsp Coconut cream
  • 2 tbsp Coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp Greek yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp Honey

Instructions

  • Melt the coconut oil in a saucepan on low heat.
  • Then mix in a bowl with the desiccated coconut, honey, coconut cream and yoghurt.
  • Roll the mixture into small balls and place on greaseproof paper.
  • Melt the chocolate in a bowl over hot water, then simply roll the balls in the chocolate and leave to cool in the fridge.
