Instructions
Combine all the ingredients (except chopped almonds) in a blender, and blend until your desired consistency.
Shape into balls (size of a golf ball) and roll in the chopped almonds.
Leave in the fridge to set for 1 hour.
Serve, or store for up to 5 days.
