1Chicken Breast(diced)
1/2 Red Pepper(chopped)
1 Wholemeal Tortilla Wrap
1tbspPesto
1tspDried Basil
1tsp Paprika
1tsp Tomato Puree
40gLight Cream Cheese
30gMozzarella

Instructions
Cook the diced chicken breast and pepper on a pan on a medium heat until cooked.
In a bowl, combine the cooked chicken, peppers, pesto, tomato puree, basil and cream cheese.
Sprinkle Mozzarella across the centre of the wrap before laying the chicken mix across the top.
Fold up the wrap like a burrito (so no mix will fall out in the airfryer/pan!).
Air fry @ 195 degrees for 8-10 minutes or until crispy on the outside. If you don’t have an airfryer, you can also fry the wrap with some olive oil spray on a pan!
