Ingredients

  • 1 Chicken Breast (diced)
  • 1/2 Red Pepper (chopped)
  • 1 Wholemeal Tortilla Wrap
  • 1 tbsp Pesto
  • 1 tsp Dried Basil
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Tomato Puree
  • 40 g Light Cream Cheese
  • 30 g Mozzarella

Instructions

  • Cook the diced chicken breast and pepper on a pan on a medium heat until cooked.
  • In a bowl, combine the cooked chicken, peppers, pesto, tomato puree, basil and cream cheese.
  • Sprinkle Mozzarella across the centre of the wrap before laying the chicken mix across the top.
  • Fold up the wrap like a burrito (so no mix will fall out in the airfryer/pan!).
  • Air fry @ 195 degrees for 8-10 minutes or until crispy on the outside. If you don’t have an airfryer, you can also fry the wrap with some olive oil spray on a pan!
