Ingredients

  • 100 g Cornflakes
  • 130 g Low Fat Greek Yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 2 squares Dark Chocolate
  • 30 g Raspberries
  • 30 g B;ueberries

Instructions

  • Add the cornflakes, honey and greek yoghurt to the bowl and mix until all the flakes are covered.
  • Divide the mix evenly into the bun cases.
  • Add the dark chocolate to the bowl and melt in the microwave for ~2 minutes, stopping every 30 seconds to stir.
  • Drizzle melted chocolate over each bun.
  • Top each bun with a raspberry or blueberry (or both!).
  • Leave in the fridge for at least 2 hours to set.
