Instructions
Add the oats, water and ¾ of the milk to the saucepan over a medium heat.
Continue to mix as the porridge thickens.
While the porridge is cooking, chop the apple into bite sized pieces, put in a bowl, add the cinnamon and mix until the apple chunks are coated with the cinnamon.
Put the apple and cinnamon in the microwave for 1.5 minutes.
After a few minutes, add the remaining milk to the porridge and stir until your desired thickness is reached.
Pour your porridge into a bowl.
Top with the warm cinnamon apple and walnuts.
Drizzle the honey over the top, mix together and enjoy!
