  • 1 Knife
  • 1 Bowl

Ingredients

  • 50 g Oats
  • 200 ml Milk of Choice
  • 100 ml Water
  • 1 Apple
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 30 g Walnuts

Instructions

  • Add the oats, water and ¾ of the milk to the saucepan over a medium heat.
  • Continue to mix as the porridge thickens.
  • While the porridge is cooking, chop the apple into bite sized pieces, put in a bowl, add the cinnamon and mix until the apple chunks are coated with the cinnamon.
  • Put the apple and cinnamon in the microwave for 1.5 minutes.
  • After a few minutes, add the remaining milk to the porridge and stir until your desired thickness is reached.
  • Pour your porridge into a bowl.
  • Top with the warm cinnamon apple and walnuts.
  • Drizzle the honey over the top, mix together and enjoy!
