Ingredients

  • 2 Avocado
  • 1 Tomato (finely chopped)
  • ½ Red onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 handful Coriander (fresh)
  • 1 Lime (juice of one lime)
  • ½ Chilli (optional)
  • ½ Salt
  • ½ Ground pepper

  • Remove the flesh and seeds from the avocados and mash until smooth.
  • Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
  • Season to taste, and serve or store.
