Beef is a rich source of high-quality protein, which is essential for muscle repair, growth, and maintenance. Along with the spinach, beef is a great source of iron, which is necessary for transporting oxygen throughout the body, and most importantly to our muscles during exercise.
Health Benefits
The protein and fat in the beef will keep you feeling full and satisfied. The peppers and tomatoes are high in vitamin C, which supports the immune system, helps the body absorb iron, and promotes healthy skin. They are also a source of fibre, which aids in digestion and gut health.
