Performance Benefits

Potatoes are a great source of carbs, providing a steady release of energy for your training and matches. The addition of the bacon adds protein, which can help maintain energy levels and is essential for muscle repair and growth.
Health Benefits

Potatoes and onions contain dietary fibre, which aids in digestion and the maintenance of a healthy gut. Potatoes are also a source of vitamin C, potassium, and vitamin B6. These nutrients are essential for various bodily functions, including immune system support, nerve function and muscle function.
