Ingredients
1handfulKale(washed and chopped)
50gBlueberries
4tbspAlmonds(sliced)
½tbspExtra virgin olive oil
½Lime(juice of ½ lime)
½tspSalt

Instructions
Toast the almonds in a hot pan, tossing regularly.
Once they begin to brown, remove from the pan.
Dry the kale and massage with oil in a salad bowl.
Add the lime juice, salt and pepper and mix together.
Top with blueberries and almonds, and serve.
