Ingredients
75gOats(oats blitzed in a blender or food processor)
6scoopWhey protein powder(vanilla)
70gMixed nuts (cashew, almonds and hazelnuts)
100mlMilk(or almond milk, 70-100ml)
2tbspChia seeds
5tbspDark chocolate chips
100gMedjool dates
2tbspCoconut oil
1tbspHoney

Instructions
Toast the nuts and seeds till light brown, 7-8 minutes at 175°C.
In a blender or food processor blitz the dates with the honey and coconut oil.
Mix all the dry ingredients together then add in the dates and coconut oil mixture and mix together.
While mixing, add a little almond or whole milk, 1 tablespoon at a time to form a dough. Add in the liquid in stages slowly to avoid the mix getting too sticky.
Then, using your hands create a large thick round dough by combining the mixture together.
Spread the dough in a shallow baking tin lined with baking paper, and pack down tightly.
Refrigerate for at least 3 hours before cutting into the desired number of bars e.g. 10 bars.
