Ingredients
1Head of cauliflower (medium)
1tbspAlmonds(ground)
¼tspSalt
¼tspPepper
¼tbspBasil(dried)
¼tbspOregano(dried)
¼tbspGarlic powder
50gParmesan cheese(grated)
1Free-range egg

Instructions
Chop the cauliflower and remove the stem.
Blend the cauliflower for about 30 seconds until you get a crumbly consistency.
Steam the cauliflower for 4 minutes, before removing and squeezing out as much moisture as possible (you want this to be as dry as possible).
Place the cauliflower crumbs in a large mixing bowl add the egg (beaten), parmesan cheese, herbs, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Mix well.
Once mixed, use your hands to roll the dough flat like a pizza crust on oiled baking paper.
Bake for 15 minutes in an oven pre-heated to 200°C and then remove.
Add your own tomato sauce and toppings of choice
Bake for another 10 minutes before serving.
