I really enjoyed the 10 week programme. I am currently injured and rehabilitating from surgery, however, I wanted to use this time during injury to improve my knowledge and awareness of performance nutrition for when I return to sport. I understand the programme was designed for active athletes but I still thoroughly gained a lot from the structured content, podcasts and practical examples throughout.
